Sales Development Representative

Location : Loop Chicago, IL (Hybrid, On Site preferred)

Neolytix is a leading provider of technology-enabled solutions for healthcare organizations, specializing in Medical Billing, Credentialing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Virtual Front Office Services. We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and build the early pipeline for our sales organization. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence among mid-sized healthcare provider organizations, including multi-specialty clinics, group practices, and outpatient facilities.

Prior experience in selling BPO / Healthcare SaaS / Tech enabled Services is essential.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
• Research target accounts, understand their structure and pain points, and craft personalized outreach strategies.
• Book discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives with key decision-makers (e.g., Practice Administrators, CFOs, COOs).
• Manage and update CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) with accurate activity and pipeline data.
• Work closely with marketing to align outbound campaigns and messaging with vertical-specific content.
• Stay current on Neolytix's service offerings and emerging healthcare operational trends.
• Qualify inbound leads when necessary and route them appropriately.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and activity metrics (e.g., SQLs, meetings booked, response rates).
