Job Summary :
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
You will handle lease agreements, rent collection, maintenance requests, and property inspections in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in commercial property management or real estate
- Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in property management software
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors
- Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms
