As the Director of Educational Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a comprehensive and strategic analysis plan to evaluate the success of pedagogical initiatives across the university.
In this pivotal role (Position Number S83170), you will leverage your exceptional analytical skills and deep understanding of data analysis to drive informed decisions that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with faculty, administrators, and stakeholders to develop and implement cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies, ensuring that Lehigh remains at the forefront of educational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include :
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive data analysis strategy to assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives and programs.
- Developing robust data models and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with institutional policies and industry best practices.
- Identifying and implementing emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the analytical capabilities of the university.
To excel in this role, you must possess :
- Master's degree in Education, assessment, statistics, or a related field; Doctorate Degree is preferred.
- Three to five years of related work experience in data analysis, educational assessment, or a related analytical role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively convey complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.

This position is a Grade : 11 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $81,450-$99,080. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
