The Employment Development Specialist I (EDS I) will work closely with the management team on a daily basis. The EDS I is responsible for a variety of analytic, administrative, and technical functions critical to the daily operations in an Unemployment Insurance (UI) environment.
This includes but is not limited to research, study and analysis of data, production of the results / reports and proposal of solutions based on workload trends.
The EDS I assists management in planning and distributing workload to the staff using the UI Scheduling System as well as other distribution methods, supports management in quality control and budget planning.

Background Investigation Requirement
