We seek an experienced and professional Human Resource (HR) Manager to join our team and manage all human resource procedures.
The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.
Primary responsibilities will include :
- Developing compensation and benefits packages.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Training and employee relations.
- Performance management.
- Compliance.
To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Leading and managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Work with Department Leaders to design and implement appropriate and effective training and development plans.
- Work with Department Leaders to ensure timely quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Track department budgets.
- Manage employee benefits programs.
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with management to help define and execute company culture initiatives.
- Manage employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and employee coaching.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with current HR trends and practices, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
