The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine offers three dynamic MBA programs plus PhD, specialty masters and undergraduate business degrees that prepare business leaders for our digitally driven world.

The Specialty Masters Programs department includes the following programs : Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc), Master of Finance (MFIN), Master of Business Analytics (MSBA) and Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MIE).
Two new programs are launching in Summer and Fall 2025. The department includes Recruitment and Admissions, Program Services and Career Services teams.
Responsibilities :
The Program Administrator, Specialty Masters Program Services, is a member of the team charged with academic advising, student services, and career management for the Specialty Masters Program at The Paul Merage School of Business.
Under the general supervision of the Senior Program Administrator, Program Services, the Program Administrator is responsible for student advising and program services, working directly with students (both domestic and international) in the program from post-admission through graduation.
Responsibilities include academic advising and program coordination / management.
This is a one-year Contract position.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $25.77 - $30.22 (hourly).

Understanding of University rules and regulations.
