As Vice President of FP&A you will report to the company's Chief Financial Officer and serve as a key strategic leader driving financial planning, SaaS revenue modeling, and enterprise value creation. You will build and scale a high-performing FP&A team, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations, and lead transformative initiatives to optimize costs, accelerate growth, and support the company's dynamic trajectory. This role requires both strategic foresight and hands-on execution to enable data-driven decisions across the business.

This range may also be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to : relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000. Aeris also offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
