Job Responsibilities :
- Partner with client delivery lead and product owners to review requirements and user stories, determining a roadmap for delivery.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate solution feasibility and make recommendations.
- Review and analyze program specifications to assess the effort required for changes.
- Lead source code and data migration activities for identified projects.
- Guide team members on tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to testing procedures and validation steps.
- Analyze COBOL, CICS, JCL, and IMS changes required for the project, making code changes and supporting the team to meet delivery timelines.
Skills and Experience Required :
- 10+ years of experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, IMS.
- 10+ years of experience in designing, programming, and architecture in a mainframe environment.
- 10+ years of experience with RMDS / EXPEDITER / File-Aid for IMS / DB2.
- 5+ years of experience managing Technical Staff.
- 3+ years of experience in AS400 / iSeries.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Mainframe Modernization and Migration projects.
- Experience in MQ and Z / OS connect integration for API services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to establish a roadmap for operational improvement.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and strong project management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well in an enterprise-wide, large-scale matrix environment.
- Healthcare domain background with sound knowledge of Medical Claims and Adjudication process.
- Experienced in Agile methodology and leading a Scrum team.
Desired :
- 2+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- 3+ years of development experience in AS400 / iSeries.
- Experience in AWS services like Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB.
