About the Role
Supports Vendor Marketing team with planning and execution of Marketing activities for TD SYNNEX’s channel of technology vendors.
This position will facilitate procurement of goods and services, collaborate with and advise Vendor Marketing, Campaign, and Event-Planning colleagues, build and maintain relationships with our third-party suppliers.
Will be the SME on MDF and procurement guidelines
What You'll Do
Provides guidance on MDF processes and best practices throughout all phases of an activity.
Enters activities into internal systems and obtains required prior approval documentation.
Quotes, tracks, and manages expense budgets in internal marketing platforms.
Collects and uploads proof of performance / execution (POP / POE) to central repository.
Ensures compliance with internal policies and vendor guidelines and that claims are submitted before deadlines with required POP / POE documentation to maximize reimbursement by vendors.
Manage payments of various expenses with Procurement Card and perform monthly reconciliation of expenses.
Supports other operational tasks as needed, including supplier onboarding, contract management, reseller incentive tracking, prize tracking,
What We're Looking For
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience is required.
Education and Certification :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

Possesses strong data entry skills.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
