GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with Clinic and Divisional Leadership, responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations to meet productivity, financial, customer service and quality standards.
Responsible for supervision of assigned Program Managers, Clinic Managers, Front Office Supervisors, and Patient Access Specialists.
Supervises, organizes and evaluates services provided within Allumbaugh House, including personnel related matters and community relations.
Ensures support for clinicians, fosters teamwork of both front and back-office staff with an overall goal of quality patient care.
Collaborates with the Clinic Leadership Team to help implement and enforce protocols, policies, and procedures to meet organizational goals.
Establishes and maintains a professional and customer service-oriented environment, while meeting corporate and departmental goals, objectives, and policies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in clinical, healthcare administration or business-related field.
- 4+ years' leadership experience as an operations Manager or Practice Manager with the demonstrated ability to develop staff.
- Strong conceptualization capabilities to introduce new ideas and solutions that will improve methods, procedures, or systems.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve positive and effective results, and generate creative ideas, innovative thinking and imaginative solutions.
- Knowledge and ability to develop and implement strategic planning concepts and covert into achieved goals and objectives
- Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills. Must be able to speak effectively before groups and actively engage the general public in outreach situations.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Able to resolve differences of opinion, using tact and diplomacy.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and use sound judgment. Able to set priorities, be organized and be a self-starter.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in data analytics and practice management competency.
- Experience in an EPIC EHR.
- Bilingual in Spanish / English
- Experience in an FQHC and / or working with underserved populations.
