- Ensure adherence to company standards and operating procedures through regular auditing and problem-solving.
- Supervise and train quality control inspectors, including cross-functional training with other departments.
- Resolve personnel issues and motivate the team to meet quality standards.
- Plan and monitor testing schedules, ensuring samples are analyzed on time.
- Perform internal audits and analyze possible issues.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to develop direct reports.
- Handle quality issues with products during production.
- Prepare regular audit reports for regulatory authorities.
- Implement strategies to build team cohesion and effectively communicate best practices.
Requirements
- Quality control : 4years’ experience on Resume (Required)
- Precision measuring instruments experience
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
- Has strong ethical stands and integrity
- Experience in manufacturing
- Ability to follow written instructions and take verbal instructions for multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment.
