Overview :
Renuity is seeking a Director of Strategic Projects in Charlotte, NC. The Director of Strategic Projects is a pivotal role within the Strategic Operations team, dedicated to driving growth initiatives and operational improvements across the organization.
Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Operations, this role will lead and execute high-impact projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, project leadership, great problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of implementing performance improvement strategies.

What You'll Do :
- Act as a SWAT team member, swiftly deployed to markets facing operational challenges or identified as growth initiatives in the business
- Travel extensively to various Renuity Divisions to oversee project implementation and provide on-site support as needed
- Assess operational processes and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and develop tailored solutions
- Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the operations team
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to senior management
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Develop and refine operational playbooks and best practice guides based on successful implementations and lessons learned
What You'll Bring :
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, project management, or strategic consulting roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing performance improvement initiatives in diverse and decentralized environments
- Experience with Home Improvement businesses is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders of all levels
- Ability to travel extensively and work effectively across different geographic locations and business units
