ABOUT YOU :

Director, Sales Uforia Experiential will be responsible for designing and implementing the national revenue growth strategy with a focus on new Client activation.

Serving as the ultimate product expert, he / she will educate prospects about the growing Hispanic consumer landscape and TelevisaUnivision's tailored value proposition targeting this audience.

The ideal candidate should possess a history of building close relationships with senior client stakeholders, resulting in successful revenue outcomes exceeding budget expectations.

YOUR DAY-DAY :

  • Leading all Uforia sponsorship sales across the United States.
  • Includes individual responsible for new account activations.
  • Client relationship management
  • Interaction with agency on production and sales planning needs
  • Lead client / sponsor calls
  • Monitoring program effectiveness against partner objectives and KPIs, including post sale activations
  • Develop and implement activation plans consistent with partner's business objectives.
  • Ensure that the budgets, goals, forecasting, client prospecting and marketing commitments developed for each client are being met and are increasing business opportunities.
  • Continuously leverage consumer insights, competitor activity, and marketplace trends to deliver relevant, engaging, and successful programs
  • Coordinate all recap material for proof of performance reporting.
  • Campaign planning management
  • Travel required.

YOU HAVE :

  • Experience in Live Event Sales & Marketing
  • Experience in multi-cultural media sales
  • Social media & Digital / Audio marketing / media experience
  • Experience in developing business and relationships @ C-Suite of large companies
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish / English)
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.

Salary Range

$100,952.00 - $122,500.00 + benefits
