Responsibilities :
Act as a liaison between ICs, PMs, and other team members.
Collaborate with the broader operations team to support corporate initiatives.
Provide backup support to other ICs when needed.
Interface with client custodians and manage account paperwork workflows.
Assist with various ongoing and periodic projects such as tracking required minimum distributions, reviewing cash balance reports, and monitoring IRA / Retirement plan contributions according to clients’ financial plans.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Previous experience in financial services, accounting, or a similar field is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong technological competency.
Strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, commitment to client confidentiality, and ability to work effectively in collaborative settings.
