Implementation Analyst – GP Managed Data Service (MDS)

About the Role

The Team :

The Implementation team is a client-focused team tasked with bringing new clients into our MDS offering. The Implementation analyst is responsible for managing client requirements, auditing client data and driving the completion of data ingestion into our software platforms.

Responsibilities and Impact :

  • Drive successful completion of new client implementations on our software platforms for leading private capital firms
  • Engage in deep dialog and discovery with clients to understand their current business processes
  • Collaboratively work with peers for solutioning client requests
  • Multi-task, handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work hand in hand with clients and Private Markets team members from multiple departments to design, iterate and agree on new, transformed business processes
  • Deliver best-in-class’ solutions that exceed client expectations

Compensation / Benefits Information : (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $45, to $75, . Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base pay.

What We’re Looking For :

Basic Required Qualifications :

  • BA or BS Degree; Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Possess the highest ethical standards and a strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile with a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to engage with clients confidently and authoritatively with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented; able to multi-task; strong organizational skills and ability to document processes.

Additional Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with S&P Global’s proprietary software (iLevel) is strongly desired.
  • A familiarity with Venture Capital and / or Private Equity companies a plus
  • Exposure to back / middle office operations within a private capital firm a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Indexing, offset matching.
