But we're more than just a furniture store. Ourteam of experienced interior designers is always on hand to helpclients bring their vision to life.

Whether they're lookingto refresh a single room or redesign entire home we can guide youthrough the process from initial concept to finalinstallation.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing order processing for customers using proprietaryorderentry systems.
  • Work with customers salesreps and sales management over the phone and email.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customersaddressing their queries providing product information andresolving issues promptly.
  • Strongorganizational and time management abilities with the capacity tohandle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Work with our technical support and collection personnelto expedite orders and resolve customer problems.
  • Process purchase orders and order restock ofinventory.
  • Ensure timely and accurate orderprocessing.
  • Maintain relationships gatherfeedback and follow up with customers to ensure customersatisfaction.
  • Answer pricing and productinquiries.
  • Execute contract maintenance andinform customers of pricing contract changes
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handlemultiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner
  • Microsoft Office including; Word Excel and Outlookpreferred.
  • Great follow up skills excellentverbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to write legibly with correct spelling grammarand punctuation
  • Selfstarter.
  • Effective working in teams to achieve thedepartment's objectives
  • Ability toanalyze situations and resolve problems (i.e. consolidate shipmentsfrom various suppliers and ensure documentation for export iscorrect)
