Overview
Account Managers build relationships and maintain professional business partnerships for the company. In this position, you will work with small to large sized companies on their branding design, printing and marketing product needs.
Whether they're creating promotional items for special events, customized portfolios, or new packaging designs, you'll assist clients make their decisions by providing them with a wide array of product options, ensuring they have exactly what they need for the occassion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relations with clients within portfolio.
- Stay current on vendor catalogues to better inform clients.
- Assist clients with product selection, color scheme and design.
- Relay design ideas to graphics team and create samples for clients.
- Work with Purchasing Manager to create quotes for clients' orders.
- Manage all correspondence between clients and internal departments for life of the sale.
- Coordinate delivery or storage with internal warehouse and Purchasing Manager.
- Other projects / tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 1+ year of recent Account Management or Sales experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe products preferred
- Strong computer software skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM)
Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly + Parking!
