Your role :
- Serve as the process owner for all global serviceoperations processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions.
- Collaborate closely with digital solution teams toidentify, implement, and maintain IT solutions that support and enhance globalservice operations.
- Act as a liaison between regional and global teams,representing diverse business needs and ensuring they are met.
- Drive the optimization and harmonization of globalprocesses to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to ensureseamless integration and standardization of processes across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for continuousprocess improvement, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage global transformation projects todrive process innovation, efficiency, and alignment with the company'sstrategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with global standards andregulations while accommodating regional differences.
- Report to senior leadership on process performance,improvement initiatives, and outcomes, providing strategic insights andrecommendations.
Your expertise :
- Proven track record in leading and managinglarge-scale transformation activities across multiple regions.
- Extensive experience in managing and developinghigh-performing teams, with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influencewithin a complex matrix organization, aligning diverse stakeholders towardcommon goals.
- Expertise in executing strategic programs andprojects at both regional and global levels, ensuring alignment withorganizational objectives.
- Strong background in managing strategic initiatives,with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver impactfulresults.
- In-depth experience in service operations,preferably within the healthcare or related industries, with a solidunderstanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsto effectively represent business needs and priorities to IT and othercorporate functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, withthe ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Your Requirements :
- Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent in BusinessAdministration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP,PRINCE2) or a similar qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience inservice operations, process optimization, or a related field, with at least 5years in a senior leadership role.

The pay range for this position is $190,000- $250,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary dependingon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the workwill be performed.
The annual incentive target is (25%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety ofhealth and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
