ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead overall performance measurement activities. Track multiple service delivery metrics across many vendors throughout the organization.
Transform data inputs into easily understandable visualizations or dashboards. Compile performance reports on a regular basis and disseminate those reports to relevant stakeholders.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) during initial creation and revision of service level agreements (SLA). Act as a subject matter expert during SLA review process.
Continuously monitor all internal and external KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance and health. Identify spikes and drop-offs in key service delivery metrics and, when necessary, take steps to correct those fluctuations.
Document and validate changes and amendments to SLAs. Identify and notify relevant stakeholders of SLAs that are unhealthy (i.
e., at risk of breach or in breach). Requires a BS / BA degree and approximately 4 years of experience in Performance / SLA Mgmt.
analysis in lieu of a degree, Ability to consult with clients to make improvements and prioritize based on client needs.
Skill in greeting and interacting with people in a courteous and tactful manner.
Skill in operating computers and printers to produce a wide range of documents.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets, in a home office as well as an in-person office environment.
Ability to lift / move up to 20 pounds
This position is generally performed in a professional office setting; 70% sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking.
