Position : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate : $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Work Environment : 100% Onsite
Employment Type : Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding in Yardi.
- Perform weekly check runs and electronic payments to vendors.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor files and assist with vendor inquiries.
- Assist in month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and reporting.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles.
- Proficiency in Yardi software is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
