Who we are looking for :

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research in a dynamic team environment? We have an opening for a Clinical Research Administrative Coordinator to support multiple research studies and projects.

This role is an integral part of the team, responsible for providing responsible for providing administrative, logistical and operational support.

This position is funded through collaborators that have committed to support the study. Continuation of this position therefore is contingent upon funding being available.

This position is hybrid, with a primary location in Alexandria, VA. We anticipate the hire to be onsite approximately at / or around 15 days per year.

Responsibilities

Support maintenance of multiple study websites e.g., update study websites with relevant study documentation and results, implementation of website changes as directed , management of study site users .

Coordinate with team members to p repare presentation materials and reports for various (e.g., 8-10) research study sponsors on a regular basis (e.

g., 2-3 times per month ) , review final draft, and provide to senior leadership .

Support administrative tasks for senior leadership (e.g., Division Director, Directors, and Associate Directors of Clinical Research and Analytics) such as scheduling, taking minutes, invoicing, tracking and / or documentation .

Ad hoc support for various clinical research studies and projects .

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or related work experience

3 years of clinical research coordination experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Competencies

Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, including written

A bility to see the big picture and exercise sound judgment with a focus on quality control

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a bility to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines

Ability to effectively summarize and prepare information

Commitment to work within a team to meet timelines and deliverables with a strong focus on customer service

Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills

Ability to r ecognize the need to be flexible and act differently in different situations - bring empathy in times of stress and change, firm direction in times of uncertainty, or diplomacy in times of conflict

Extended periods seated or standing at a desk.

High use of computer and other office technology equipment.
