- Handle inbound and outbound calls to set appointments for in-home consultations
- Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Explain the features and services of our products to customers
- Enter customer data into the system

Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work as a team with initiative
- Problem-solving ability
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Preferred : At least one year of sales-based call center experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is helpful
