Focus :
- Lead recruitment strategies to source and hire qualified physicians and mid-level providers, ensuring alignment with the client’s standards and values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating contracts, and integrating new hires into the community.
- Utilize various recruitment tools such as social media, job boards, specialty meetings, and residency programs to attract potential candidates.
- Develop and refine recruitment policies and procedures in collaboration with key organizational divisions to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.
- Maintain an extensive understanding of national healthcare trends and physician practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
Skill Set
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on physician and mid-level provider roles across multiple geographic markets.
- Proven expertise in managing complex recruitment cycles and negotiating contracts.
- Strong familiarity with federal regulations affecting recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and adept at navigating various online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
