A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to drive customer adoption, engagement, and growth through lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to onboard and educate new users, driving product usage and adoption
Manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs across various channels to nurture pet parents throughout their journey
Measure and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for improvement
Required Qualifications
6+ years in B2C lifecycle marketing with experience in email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns
Extensive experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo
Fluent in analyzing campaign performance using tools like GA4 and Tableau
Experience executing co-branded or partner activation campaigns
Proven ability to collaborate with data and engineering teams for lifecycle program implementation
