We are in the process of recruiting an Office Administrator / HR Assistant in Twinsburg, Ohio! This is an exciting opportunity to grow your administrative and HR career.

This is a permanent position with full time standard business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all employees
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support the HR department
  • Keying invoices
  • Pull reports and help with all office duties to support the staff
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Assist with arranging travel arrangements and scheduling meetings
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and seamless operations
  • Reconciliations and billing

  • Administrative background
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Open to 1+ years of professional experience
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
  • Demonstrated expertise in making a compliance strategy for the organization
  • Ability to design and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in managing HR metrics and creating reports
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with employees at all levels
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
