Key Responsibilities
Perform full life cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies
Build relationships with top talent and establish a pipeline of qualified candidates
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive offer packages
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of large-scale recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry, FAA, or Aviation programs
Proven track record of success recruiting technical candidates in a high-volume environment
Expert knowledge of US employment laws and compliance drivers
Proficiency with Workday and MS Office Suite
Ability to obtain an FAA Badge
