Overview and Essential Functions
As a Strategic Partnership (business development) Manager, you will be responsible for managing and sustaining relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
You will establish collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with new partners to support the growth and development of both parties.
The role requires that work closely with the executive team in its mission to source, develop, execute, and manage new partnerships from the telecom sector to drive growth, capabilities, and other strategic objectives of the company.
What you'll do :
- Assist with the implementation of Parkside’s Business Development strategy to optimize growth and ensure compliance with all relevant local and state tax laws and regulations.
- Identify and evaluate partnering opportunities and support the negotiation and contract execution of collaborations and licensing agreements.
- Monitor competitive landscape, establish, and maintain databases to track collaborative opportunities, build business cases and manage due diligence processes
- Work closely with leadership and cross functional members of the management team to drive and implement corporate strategy and long-range planning based on current portfolio opportunities and risks, financing needs and organizational capabilities.
- Develop and present robust financial models and market analyses to value projects and terms; develop and deliver high level impactful presentations and briefing materials to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Track contractual obligations in collaborative agreements
- Ensure that Business Development partnerships, transactions, policies, and procedures meet Parkside's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
- Manage, evaluate, and develop a team of professionals to ensure that Business Development activities are conducted effectively and ethically and comply with the organization's policies and standards as well as relevant regulations and laws.

Qualifications
Who we are looking for :
- Typically requires 5 or more years of progressive experience in Business Development
- Strong Salesmanship and ability to analyze data
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar field.
- Typically requires 2 or more years of personnel and departmental leadership experience
- Strong understanding of both the Telecommunication industry and Parkside's Business Development operations
- Strong change management experience
- Expert interpersonal and negotiation skills; extensive project management and diplomacy skills
