Responsibilities

  • Lead successful implementations of Workday's Financials solutions for clients
  • Configure and test Workday Financials to meet client business requirements
  • Assist clients in converting legacy data into Workday systems
  • Mentor new consultants and share product knowledge with team members
  • Provide status reports to the Engagement Manager to keep them informed on project progress

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience implementing Workday as a customer or consultant
  • Experience in at least one of the following Financial solutions : Foundational Data Model (FDM), Financial Accounting, or Accounting Center
  • Proven project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% if needed

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for customer service
  • Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Functional experience in financial consulting
