About Us : At Tax Credit Connection, we are dedicated to supporting individuals who choose to conserve their land, restore historic buildings, and clean up environmental contamination in Colorado.
We facilitate the tax credit process and assist clients in selling any credits they cannot use themselves. Our commitment to simplicity, accuracy, and client satisfaction sets us apart in the industry.
Position Overview : As a Customer Success Assistant at Tax Credit Connection, you will be crucial in ensuring our clients and referral partners feel valued and supported.
This position serves as a bridge between our sales and fulfillment teams, managing client communications, providing updates, and facilitating smooth transactions while maintaining high standards of service.
If you excel at building relationships, enjoy making a meaningful impact, and spend about half your day engaging with clients over the phone, you will thrive in this role.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Answering phone calls promptly and sharing messages or callback requests on the same day.
- Proactively calling and emailing clients and partners to share useful information and provide regular project updates.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client documentation.
- Facilitating transactions between clients and tax credit buyers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Attending and coordinating logistics for in-person events as needed to positively represent the company.
What We’re Looking For :
- Minimum one year of experience in a role involving significant client interaction and phone communication.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in using call management systems (e.g., RingCentral) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Though we work remotely, we are looking for a candidate who lives in the state of Colorado with reliable transportation for attending in-person events.
