The HR Manager will oversee and administer a variety of human resources functions to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
This role is pivotal in fostering a positive organizational culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Onboarding :
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations :
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
Assist the Human Resource Director in mediating and resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management :
Administer performance appraisal programs, providing support to managers in setting goals and evaluating performance.
Identify and address performance issues, implementing development plans as necessary.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Compliance :
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant and effective.
Compensation and Benefits :
Conduct market analysis to benchmark salaries
Manage employee benefits enrollment and address any related issues.
HR Analytics and Reporting :
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
Implement data-driven approaches to improve HR processes and outcomes.
Strategic HR Initiatives :
Collaborate with the HR Director and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.
Lead special HR projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Requirements : Qualifications :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
