WORK OBJECTIVE
Performs and provides a variety of administrative support functions in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, to include recruitment, onboarding, screening of candidates, and employment.
This position involves regular contact with the public, frequent exposure to confidential information and completion of complex correspondence and reports.
Work is performed under general supervision with minimal latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment based on professional education and previous experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; supplemented by a minimum of two (2) years of recruitment experience in a human resource environment;
or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and / or experience. Experience in NeoGov Applicant Tracking System is preferred.
Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
