Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of subject matter experts to create training and enablement contentDevelop and maintain a customer-facing Learning Management System (LMS) with tailored learning pathsImplement and track KPIs to measure training program effectiveness and optimize content based on feedbackRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in training, enablement, or similar roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership positionExperience managing training initiatives in a software or technology environmentFamiliarity with LMS platforms and creating personalized learning pathsExperience with customer success or onboarding functions is a plusKnowledge of the Community Association Management, PropTech, or FinTech industries preferred
