Job Summary :
Delray Buick GMC is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida.
As a Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
This is a full-time hourly position within the auto industry and is perfect for a self-motivated individual looking for a customer service role.

Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers regarding their vehicle service needs
- Schedule service appointments, confirm appointments, and follow up with customers
- Communicate with customers to obtain necessary information for service appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
- Utilize customer service skills to retain and enhance customer relationships
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to accurately answer customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and service histories
- Collaborate with service department staff to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed customer service goals and standards
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
