Job Title : Administrative Support III
Job Description
Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. Requires a high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit / department.

Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 22 Weekly.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tempe, Arizona and some days remote.
Work Environment
The position involves both remote and in-office work, with 2 mandatory in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 3 days working from home.
A third in-office day may be required. The work hours are from 7am or 8am to 4pm or 5pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires cross-training in multiple streams, with interactions including weekly team calls, individual team meetings, and at least three calls with peers.
The position may extend or convert to a permanent role.
