Senior Executive Assistant needed for prestigious global financial firm

$100,000-$125,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits

Our client, a prestigious global financial firm, is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant adept at orchestrating complex travel logistics, and providing comprehensive administrative assistance needed to join their special team.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong communication, interpersonal relations, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities include :
- Scheduling meetings across time zones and platforms; (Zoom, Teams, Outlook)
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, hotel bookings, corporate transportation, and dining reservations
- Planning and executing internal (e.g., team lunches, happy hours) and external events (e.g., closing dinners), as well as processing banker expense reports
- Conducting research and additional administrative tasks as required
- Performing various facility-related functions as needed
Experience and Skills Preferred
- Prior experience in financial services focusing on Managing Directors or Partners, preferred
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Concur
- Flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of creative problem-solving
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Effective communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Consistent performance, reliable, and strong attention to detail
