250k base + 5% commission on growth quarterly
With more than 20 years of double-digit growth, BCI Acrylic is looking to expand to the West Territory. You’re responsible for managing, developing, and recruiting new dealers in the West territory.
We are the largest 1-day bath manufacturer in the U.S. Responsibilities include learning our sales and business development methodology (full training will be provided) and fully managing individual dealers to help their local dealerships prosper.
Preference is given to individuals with in-home sales experience or experience managing or developing a home remodeling company.
This is a great opportunity for someone driven to grow this territory and who exhibits the self-management abilities essential to execute our company’s vision.

Qualifications
- At least three to five years of in-home sales experience with home improvement building products (i.e. windows, siding, roofing, doors, etc.)
- Maintain a valid and clean driving record
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently from a home office
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Driver's License (Required)
Responsibilities
- Fully manage individual dealers in the West territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
- Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
- Overnight travel is required (Full travel paid including hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.)
- This position manages West territory locations including CA, NV, ID, UT.
Compensation package includes :
- Competitive salary - 250k base + 5% commission on growth quarterly
