What you will bedoing :

Reporting to the DirectorOperations responsibilities and essential job functions include butare not limited to thefollowing :

• Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and engagingservice
• Lead and manage the day to dayoperations of the Food & Beverage Division ensuring allservice standards are followed
• Drive innovativepromotions menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice forboth Hotel and external guests
• Lead and supportall Food & Beverage departments in the achievement of theirfinancial and operational targets
• Prepareannual budgets and forecasts and administer in a fiscallyresponsible manner
• Implement effective controlof food beverage labour and operating expenses throughout theF&B division
• Assist in the preparationof strategic plans and achieve the goals and targetstherein
• Ensure the implementation of standardsin guest service and constantly seek out ways to improve productand service as well as increase volumes andprofits
• Oversee the selection training anddevelopment of all Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment andcareer growth
• Follow department policiesprocedures and service standards
• Follow allsafety policies
• Other duties asassigned
• Salary Grade : $173000 to $230000 USDGross Annually

Yourskills andexperience :

• PreviousFood & Beverage experience in a senior leadership rolerequired
• At least 710 years of progressiveleadership experience in luxury hotel food & beverageoperations in a union environment
• Computerliterate in Microsoft Window applicationsrequired
• University / College degree in a relateddiscipline required
• Strong interpersonal andproblem solving abilities
• Highly responsible& reliable
• Ability to work well underpressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability towork cohesively as part of a team
• Ability tofocus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes

PhysicalAspects of Position (include but are not limitedto) :

• Seatedcomputer work including constant keyboarding andmousing
• Occasional lifting up to25lbs
