CRM Developer
Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has an amazing opportunity forindividuals excited and committed to lifelong learning and being a key memberof our success as our CRM Developer within the Department of EnterpriseInformation Technology.
Responsibilities of the CRM Developer :
- Provide technical support for installed administrative software.
- Configure software and manage solution / enhancement.
- Provide expertise in programming and design tools necessary to create or extend software solutions in support of the Institute’s CRM systems.
- Use case management system to respond to user service requests and to track responses.
- Provide support for Microsoft development utilities.
- Work with end users and translate their functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Project Management in support of campus-wide software initiatives.
- Work with vendors, when necessary, to meet changes in business processes.
Qualified candidates will have :
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and one year of relevant work experience is required.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, ERP software, and Integrated Development Environments is necessary.
- Must have experience working in a diverse computing environment; must demonstrate proficiency working with users to define, implement, review, and validate complex functional solutions.
- Must be competent in using internet software, spreadsheet software, and word-processing software.
Preferred candidates will have (in addition to the requiredqualifications) :
- Three years of relevant experience.
- Experience with the development of Microsoft Dynamics plugin solutions.
- Experience with Power Platform Development.
- Experience with integration via internal / external API calls and configurations.
- Experience with JAVA Script and C#.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
