The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Supervisor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Victorville, CA.
Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description : Pay : $30.94hr (W2).
Pay : $30.94hr (W2).
Shift hours : (3rd shift) 10 : 00PM to 6 : 30AM - Tuesday through Saturday (Onsite).
6+ month assignment - possibility to extend or convert based off performance and budget. (No guarantees)
Perform overhaul planning / supervision work, acts as the contract coordinator to ensure company contract with vendors are executed with required specifications.
Ensure a safe workplace is maintained and there is a safety mindset in all things we do.
Supervise up to 20 or more production employees.
Follow all policies, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by company and the department.
Oversee all process documentation and training program procedures to assure consistency of operational tasks, and the safety and cleanliness of the workplace.
Ensure a quality product is being produced and all quality processes are being followed.
Operate at or below the budgeted cost for production utilizing lean manufacturing procedures and cross training.
Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action.
Responsible for ensuring the production of a safe, wholesome, and quality product and requires trained designees when applicable.
Performs other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications :
High school degree or GED required.
Previous supervisor experience.
Previous production or manufacturing enviroment experience.
