Senior Manager, Hospitality

Department : Food & Beverage Direct Supervisor : Senior Director, Events & F+B Status : Full-time Summary : The Sr. Manager of Hospitality is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution for all culinary efforts for the Formula 1 Crypto.

com Miami Grand Prix and Miami Open Tennis Tournament. This position will drive a customer-centric F&B consumer mindset and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

This individual will work cross departmentally to achieve organizational goals and will assist the team in strategic initiatives and new restaurant partnerships.

Location : This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. Responsibilities :

Collaborate with various departments to meet organizational goals pertaining to all hospitality and culinary initiatives for the Formula 1 Crypto.

com Miami Grand Prix and Miami Open Tennis Tournament.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with Sodexo Live!, Food Group Management, and other third party concessionaire groups
• Lead for all corporate partner hospitality and private client spaces pertaining to their hospitality packages or culinary activations.
• Analyze and identify financial opportunities including cost controls, productivity levels, and revenue generation.
• Identify consumer trends and implement new ideas / products.
• Assist in the day-to-day coordination and communication for all restaurant partners.
• Passionate about the fan experience to ensure the highest level of service across campus.
• Assist in the creation of strategic planning and the establishment of key milestones to maximize department performance.
• Lead a group of 8+ hospitality consultants and ensure positive communication throughout the planning process of Miami Grand Prix hospitality products.
• Assist on hospitality initiatives for other Hard Rock Stadium events as needed

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a food and beverage / luxury hospitality role
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven leader and detail oriented
• Strong organization skills and ability to problem solve
• Experience in creation and presentation of information in the form of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of both restaurant and event operations is a plus
• Must be willing to work extended hours as needed
• Must be a positive and flexible individual who will be willing to go above and beyond their scope as needed
