Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to work closely with a talented team in strategic planning and operational management.
Responsibilities : Strategy & Planning
Strategy & Planning
Work closely with program sponsor to determine vision, project scope and requirements.
Operational Management
- Clearly identify program stakeholders and keep them abreast and engaged.
- Prepare reports for Service Delivery Operations / deliverables
- Monitor the outputs and outcomes of a program's component activities and ensure that the program adapts appropriately to them.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and inform them of complex issues that may impact the program
Position Requirements :
Formal Education & Certification
- University or college degree in business administration or a related field or 10 years relevant experience in the Information Technology field.
- PMP certification and / or ITIL certification strongly preferred.
- Secret Clearance
Knowledge & Experience
- Thorough understanding of the Development Lifecycle
- Thorough understanding of Agile / SCRUM Management techniques and principles
- Thorough understanding of ITIL techniques and methodology.
- Understanding of cloud and web services (Azure, O365, AWS)
- Knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of program / project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end Portal development
- Knowledge writing designing testing, troubleshooting document application code
