PAP Specialist

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient interactions and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions

Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance claims, ensuring compliance

Monitor and manage client compliance with Positive Airway Pressure devices

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative roles, customer service, or insurance

Two (2) years of work-related experience required for senior level positions

Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment preferred
