Short Description
The Clinical Educator II is a nursing professional who is responsible for a variety of training and developmental duties in healthcare.
The Clinical Educator II possesses master-level competencies to ensure nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel have the skills and training to succeed in their individualized units or specialty.
Experience Required
At least 3 years nursing clinical practice in direct patient care required.
Education Requirements
Masters Required; Masters in Nursing preferred
License / Certification Requirements
- NJ RN license required
- AHA BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
Special Requirements
- 4 / 10's - 7P-5A with flex weekend coverage
- Specialty certification preferred
