UX Design Manager, PSS UX, Technical Risk Management Google is seeking a UX Design Manager to lead a distributed team of UX Designers in the Technical Risk Management (TRM) organization. The ideal candidate will have experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems, and influencing stakeholders, as well as deep expertise in domain.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product design or UX.
3 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.

Preferred qualifications : Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
Experience working in highly technical or regulated environments.
Experience introducing and scaling AI powered solutions in enterprise contexts.

Excellent people-management, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Influence and align executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to build a shared understanding of user-centered design and advocate innovative solutions.
