Receptionist,Billing and Auditing Clerk

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Billing / Auditing Clerk.

• Location

Manlius, NY (fully remote after training)

Job / Shift Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm or 7 : 30am-4pm or 8am-4 : 30pm

As a Receptionist, Billing & Auditing Clerk you will :

• Reception and Desk Responsibilities
• Answering and Directing Incoming Phone Calls
• Greeting Clients and Visitors
• Auditing & Processing of Carrier Invoices
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• Processing Invoices to Clients / Customers
• Processing Weekly Reports to Clients / Customers
• Reconciling Invoice Aging Reports
• Processing of Weekly Freight Payment Reports

The ideal candidate will have :

• Must possess good retention skills, handle change, work well under pressure and be organized.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must have an associate's degree or comparable work experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Excel
• Excellent communication skills

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $20 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
