Press Brake Operator – Dixon, Illinois

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our team. This position requires experience operating both manual and CNC-controlled press brakes to bend, shape, cut, and manipulate sheet metal and plates. The ideal candidate will be quality-driven, safety-focused, and able to work independently under limited supervision in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities of the Press Brake Operator :

• Operate a manual and CNC-controlled press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or plates.
• Prepare, set up, and adjust press brake equipment as required by production schedules and product plans.
• Measure, align, and position materials accurately.
• Inspect finished pieces for compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine press brake maintenance.
• Operate overhead cranes safely.
• Read, interpret, and follow product plans and instructions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Press Brake Operator Requirements and Qualifications :

Preferred Education and Experience :

Pay for Press Brake Operator : $19.00–$23.00 / hour

Type : Full-time, 1st Shift

Schedule : Monday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Friday (with voluntary overtime opportunities)

Hours : 5 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM
