In this position, you will assist our Florida Fabrication Sales team in a variety of ways, including but not limited to : Providing month review of Percent Complete Meetings, monitoring zero-dollar invoices, reviewing projects for escalation management, providing Contract Summaries, and manage / review / approve of project Partial and Final Waivers.
What You'll Do
- Provide support for all projects from inception to completion
- Provide guidance to sales team on new job set-up, documentation requirements, and new account set up.
- Maintain Salesforce, ASA, and SAP databases
- Manage Pay Applications, monitor AMM Indexing, CFX & FDOT Indexing (where required)
- Provide Contract Summaries, and manage review / approval of project Partial and Final Waivers
What You'll Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers, company leaders, and customers in a positive manner required
