Soliant Health is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to join a leading Level I trauma center and teaching hospital in California.
This role involves overseeing a dynamic team while delivering exceptional patient care along with the following key responsibilities below.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee clinical pharmacy services across various specialties.
- Facilitate monthly mittee meetings and participate in system-wide discussions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality pharmaceutical care.
- Manage training programs and support residency initiatives.
- Lead a team of clinical pharmacists.
Qualifications :
- Current California pharmacist license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
- Minimum three years in a progressively responsible clinical pharmacy role; PGY1 residency preferred.
Salary Range : $81.77 - $121.31 / hour
