Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience
Experience :
At least 7 years of functional experience with Peoplesoft Financials and 2 years experience in project management
Complexity :
Advanced PeopleSoft Financial functional role. The consultant will work on a complex project with statewide impact and requires subject matter expertise in multiple financial process areas.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in Public Sector.
- Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years.
- Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.

- The experience and skills in Project Management.
- The ability to coordinate various project activities, timelines, and resources to accomplish tasks assigned by the client
- Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements.
- Experience in project risk identification and management.
- Experience in overseeing testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Experience and skills to assess the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft Financials Grants module.
- Knowledge of data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft Financials core and modular configuration.
