The Staffing Account Executive will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with businesses that utilize staffing services through research, prospecting, and client engagement.
In this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a strategic thinker, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and champion our company’s culture.
In this role, you will :
Prospecting and Client Identification
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients using cold calling, internet research (utilizing tools and databases), emailing, and referrals.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients with relevant information for targeted outreach.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
- Establish and foster relationships with clients through a combination of in-person and virtual meetings.
- Organize and facilitate out-of-office entertainment events to strengthen client connections.
- Ensure consistent communication to maintain positive client relationships.
Job Order Process Management
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, understanding their staffing needs and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure effective job order fulfillment.
- Implement and manage delivery strategies to meet client expectations and timelines.
Consultative Selling and Contract Negotiation
- Engage in consultative selling approaches to become a trusted partner for clients.
- Provide direct industry expertise to clients, offering insights into the talent market and trends.
- Tailor solutions based on an understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
- Develop and present compelling proposals that outline services, pricing, and value propositions.
Sales & Retention Strategies
- Actively participate in sales strategy meetings, contributing insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Proactively address and resolve client concerns, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Performance Metrics
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong alignment and collaborative relationship with all departments while exemplifying our company credo.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
- Continuously enhance personal and professional skills to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of current experience selling staffing services in either Life Sciences, Engineering, and / or Information Technology.
- Experience in breaking and developing new accounts.
- You embody GRIT, passion, and perseverance to accomplish long-term goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A successful track record in a competitive, metrics, and commission-based environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Digital Prospectors is headquartered in Exeter, New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be expected to commit to working in the office 2 days a week, Tuesday, and Thursday in Exeter, NH or Boston, MA.
- Ability to travel to client sites or work-related events for business purposes as needed.
